Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

This policy explains how Geneura AI, Inc. (“Geneura,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our website and the Geneura/Lythous™ discovery and navigation experience.

What we collect

When you tell us what matters to you through Geneura’s discovery experience, we collect what you share in your own words, along with contact details you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number and ZIP code.

We do not require an account. We ask for information needed to understand your starting point, respond to your inquiry and help you explore possible connections.

Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. General inquiry forms are not intended for medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information or other highly sensitive documents.

How we use it

We use what you share to understand what matters to you, identify people, services, resources or connections that may help, and respond or follow up as you request.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your discovery answers to advertise to you elsewhere.

Your permission

Before you submit your discovery answers, we ask for your permission to collect and use them for the purposes described in this policy. Acknowledging the emergency notice is a separate step and does not provide that permission.

Before sharing your information with a specific person, provider or organization for a connection, we explain who will receive it, what we propose to share and why, and ask for your permission.

You may decline a proposed connection or withdraw your permission for future optional use or sharing by contacting us. This does not undo processing or sharing that has already occurred, and some information may need to be retained where required by law.

Who sees it

Your information is accessible to authorized Geneura team members and service providers supporting the discovery experience, communication and routing. Access should be limited to what each role needs.

When you authorize a connection, we share only the information needed for that connection. A provider or organization receiving your information may handle it under its own privacy practices; you may ask to review those practices before proceeding.

We may also disclose information where legally required.

Not medical treatment

Geneura and Lythous™ discovery and navigation are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Clinical care, where involved, is provided by appropriately licensed professionals exercising their own independent judgment.

Acknowledging an emergency notice on this site is separate from, and is not, your permission for us to process or share your information.

If you stop partway through

Nothing you type into the discovery form is sent to Geneura unless you complete and submit it.

While you are in the middle of the discovery experience, your in-progress answers are saved only in your browser on your device, so you can close the tab and pick up where you left off. That saved copy is automatically cleared after 14 days or when you submit. It is not transmitted to us or anyone else unless you finish and submit the form yourself.

Someone with access to the same device and browser may be able to see your saved progress. You can remove locally saved information by clearing the site’s data in your browser settings.

Website data and cookies

The statement above concerns discovery-form answers. Website hosting and other technical services may separately process information about visits, such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs.

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, error-monitoring tools or session-recording tools on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy to describe what is used and the choices available to you.

How long we keep submitted information

The 14-day period above applies only to unfinished answers stored in your browser. Submitted information is handled separately.

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, and for up to 24 months afterward for recordkeeping, after which it is deleted or de-identified. We may keep information longer if it is part of an ongoing connection we are helping support, or if the law requires a longer period. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, subject to the limits described in “Your choices” below.

How we protect information

Information you submit travels over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection and is stored with our hosting and forms provider, which encrypts data in transit and at rest and maintains SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Access to submitted information is limited to authorized Geneura team members who need it to respond to your inquiry.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop optional follow-up communications.

You never have to complete every step of the discovery experience. Required fields apply only if you choose to submit; they do not prevent you from stopping and leaving.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a privacy request. If a legal requirement prevents us from fulfilling part of your request, we will explain the limitation.

Information about someone else

If you are seeking support for another person, share only what is necessary to explain your inquiry and what you have permission or authority to share. You may begin with your own contact details and a general description.

Children and young people

The discovery experience is open to visitors of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us at hello@geneura.ai so we can remove it. If you are under 18, we encourage you to review this policy with a parent or guardian, and to share only your own contact information when submitting an inquiry.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or request permission where required.

Questions & privacy requests

If you have questions about this policy or want to request access, correction or deletion, email hello@geneura.ai, or use this Privacy request link.

Please avoid sending medical records or highly sensitive information in your initial email. We will respond directly and explain any information needed to handle your request.
